Eliott joined as employee #3 and is now Director of Partnerships at Profound in NYC. He has worked across GTM, partnerships, post-sales and fundraising, including Profound's Series A and Series B with Kleiner Perkins and Sequoia. In his early GTM role, which also covered renewals and account management, he brought in $3.8M in net new ARR. He then built the post-sales team, hiring the first 15 to 20 people, as Profound grew from $0 to $30M in ARR.

He now owns the partner ecosystem, including frontier lab partnerships with OpenAI and Anthropic, AWS Marketplace co-sell, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Reddit, G2, Bazaarvoice and Moz. Before Profound, he worked in generalist roles at startups like Gopuff and Shiftsmart and co-founded a startup out of UT.

In his free time, he runs, cooks (mostly Korean), and coaches a youth soccer team in the Bronx on Saturdays.
